Job summary

UltraTech Cement in Gujarat seeks a site operations professional to manage customer interactions during project execution and ensure quality concrete delivery. The role requires coordinating on-site activities, addressing pumping and labour issues, and monitoring variations from planned to actual work.

Key responsibilities include site pouring, slump testing, curing coordination with QC, and tracking variations to maintain quality and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers during execution and gather feedback.
• Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and elevate non-resolvable issues.
• Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)

Responsibilities

• Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations.
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure efficient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues.
• Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
