Job summary

A Spanish EPC Company is hiring a QC Engineer to support oil and gas projects across Pan India. The role focuses on fabrication and construction quality and requires hands-on inspection discipline.

You will conduct inspections per ITP, verify compliance with project requirements, prepare reports (inspection, HSE, progress), issue NCRs, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors. Relocation to different project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication and construction activities.
• Knowledge of Welding, NDT and testing.
• Experience with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and project quality requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to different project locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections per ITP and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Shall have good knowledge in Welding, NDT and testing.
• Experience in fabrication/erection of Heater/ Boiler/Reformer equipment (Heat Exchanger, Pressure vessels).
• Ensure QC activities meet specified quality requirements; drive QA/QC using codes/standards and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, third-party surveyors, and subcontractors during site visits.
• Issue NCRs for deviations and oversee corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress; coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
• Prepare deliverables: inspection reports, HSE reports, project progress reports, expedition reports.
• Willing to relocate to different project locations.

We are looking for Immediate Joiners.

Role & responsibilities :

• Knowledge in fabrication and construction activities.
• Conduct inspections as per the Inspection and Test plans and to verify compliance with project requirements.

• Shall have good knowledge in Welding, NDT and testing
• In hand experience in fabrication/erection of Heater/ Boiler/Reformer /equipments (Heat Exchanger, Pressure vessels).

• Ensures equipment, materials, and construction/commissioning activities meet specified quality requirements as per the project requirement. Drives prevention (quality assurance) and detection (quality control) using codes/standards, inspection/testing, statistical methods, and documentation.

• Liaise with clients, third-party surveyors, and subcontractors during site visits
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any deviations from the agreed-upon QC plan and oversee corrective actions.

• Monitoring the project progress, Conducting meeting with vendor/stake holders, Coordination with internal departments.

• The candidate shall be conversant in preparing following deliverables:
• Inspection reports
• HSE reports
• Project progress reports and expedition reports
• Candidate shall be willing to relocate to different project locations.
