Job summary

Sanghi Jewellers Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure jewellery products meet defined quality standards before dispatch. The role requires a Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing or Quality Control and 1–3 years of experience in a jewellery manufacturing unit.

You will inspect workmanship, weight, finishing, stone setting, and symmetry; identify defects; coordinate with production and design teams; and maintain inspection records and quality

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Jewellery Manufacturing or Quality Control preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control within a jewellery manufacturing unit.
• Strong knowledge of gold jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in identifying workmanship, finishing, and setting defects.
• Understanding of weight control, purity standards, and quality benchmarks.
• High attention to detail and ability to coordinate with production and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspection of jewellery at various production stages (casting, filing, setting, polishing, finishing).
• Check jewellery for design accuracy, weight tolerance, finishing quality, stone setting, and symmetry.
• Identify defects or quality issues and coordinate rectification with production teams.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain inspection records, rejection reports, and quality checklists.
• Monitor wastage and metal loss, ensuring accountability of precious materials.
• Work with karigars, supervisors, and production managers to improve quality outcomes.
• Approve jewellery for dispatch only after final quality clearance.
• Follow safety, quality, and company guidelines at all times.

Candidate Profile

Qualification
