Job summary

Anand Developers is seeking a Site Quality Control professional to monitor construction activities against approved drawings and specifications. You will perform regular site inspections across RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works, ensuring material quality and adherence to QA procedures.

• Monitor and inspect all construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections for RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and other finishing works.
• Check the quality of construction materials received at site and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor concrete works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and cube testing.
• Inspect workmanship at every stage of construction and identify defects or deviations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for identified defects and non-conforming works.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and other quality documentation.
• Verify that construction activities are carried out as per approved method statements and quality procedures.
• Monitor and maintain proper records of material tests and third-party laboratory reports.
• Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure approval before concreting activities.
• Ensure proper curing and protection of completed works.
• Inspect completed works before handing them over to the next stage of construction.
• Assist in conducting snag inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
