Qualifications

• Create and execute automated test scripts using SOAP UI/Ready API.
• Design, development and execution of Test Cases, Scenarios & Plans.
• Write and execute GUI and non-GUI, Functional, Regression, Security, and Performance tests.
• Run performance tests: Load, stress, endurance, capacity.
• Analyze performance metrics and report findings.
• Collaborate with Development to identify root cause and resolve issues.
• Review requirements and designs to craft Test Scenarios and Cases.
• Coordinate testing with the Development Team and share status updates.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Prior testing experience
• Experience in API testing (using SOAP UI / Postman)
• Have programming language experience: C#/Java, Groovy etc
• Good knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Good foundation and practical exp with XML-based system interfaces and XML based tools are preferred.
• Experience in testing related to airline reservations systems or Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or other travel industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer information systems, or information technology.
