Quality Assurance Specialist (WordPress)

We are looking for a dedicated QA Specialist at MyAdvice responsible for ensuring the delivery of well‑designed, error‑free WordPress websites that meet defined quality standards. This role focuses on executing comprehensive QA tasks across various stages of website development, from design validation to final implementation, and ensuring that all deliverables adhere to established onboarding specifications and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete QA tasks for websites in various stages of development according to defined QA standards and checkpoints.
• Compare comprehensive design layouts with the end‑product website deliverables to ensure design consistency.
• Verify the presentation of consistent and accurate client information (e.g., name, address, phone number).
• Ensure that the end product meets all standards and specifications outlined in onboarding notes.
• Meet throughput targets for each stage of the website development process, ensuring projects advance efficiently.
• Provide clear and timely communication of revisions and identified bugs to the relevant team members.
• Advance projects to the next stages by supplying all necessary information and communications for subsequent completion.
• Respond to questions from other team members with a high sense of urgency and thoroughness.
• Track time spent on individual projects to support process improvement and resource planning.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of effective website design principles.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and SEO best practices.
• Experience working with project management platforms such as Trello or similar tools.
• Familiarity with collaborative feedback tools like SureFeedback.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
