Recro is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to own product quality across Web, Android, and iOS. The role requires comfort with both manual and automation testing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced product environment.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy understanding the product deeply beyond executing test cases. You will perform end-to-end testing, build automation scripts, and collaborate across sprint cycles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Experience testing Web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Espresso.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing for Web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing.
• Identify bugs, product gaps, and usability issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Espresso, etc.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members during sprint cycles and releases.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and release validation.
• Use AI-based tools and modern testing techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Report risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively.

About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take complete ownership of product quality across Web, Android, and iOS platforms. The person should be comfortable with both manual and automation testing and should be able to work independently in a fast-paced product environment.
