Job summary

Lenskart is seeking an experienced QA Manager to own end-to-end quality operations at our Bhiwadi manufacturing plant. You will drive IQC, In-Process QC, Final QC, and Vendor Quality across plant operations.

Lead RCA/CAPA activities, manage a QA/QC team of 60–70 members, and address escalations with stakeholders within defined TAT. Drive SOP adherence and quality improvement initiatives across functions including Dispatch, Warehouse and CS.

Qualifications

• QA/QC – Manufacturing or Fulfillment experience.
• IQC, IPQC, OQC, sampling and defect classification.
• RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto analysis.
• Quality audits and ongoing process improvements.
• Vendor quality management for frames, lenses and accessories.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for quality MIS dashboards.
• Strong ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IQC, In-Process QC and Final/Packaging QC.
• Drive RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto analyses.
• Monitor KPIs: QC Pass %, IQC rejection, returns, audit scores.
• Manage Vendor Quality and Incoming Quality for materials and components.
• Lead and coach a QA/QC team of 60–70 members.
• Handle escalations from customers, leadership, or CEO within defined TAT.
• Promote SOP adherence, process audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Category and CS.
• Prepare daily/weekly quality MIS, dashboards and audit scorecards.
• Plan manpower, shift coverage and QA team performance.

• Handle customer/leadership/CEO-level quality escalations within defined TAT
• Drive SOP adherence, process audits & quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Category & CS
• Prepare daily/weekly Quality MIS, dashboards & audit scorecards
• Manage manpower planning, shift coverage and QA team performance
