Description

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated “Quality Assurance Analyst – AI Test Automation” to help transform software quality for CloudSuite Distribution (SX.e) through the adoption of AI-powered testing practices and intelligent automation. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions while leveraging Generative AI and emerging AI tools to accelerate test design, test creation, execution, and analysis.

The ideal candidate combines strong quality engineering fundamentals with a passion for AI technologies, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement. This individual will partner closely with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery while advancing AI-enabled testing capabilities across the organization.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, you will have a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability—helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive software.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
• Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
