Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services India Private Limited is seeking an OJM-focused professional in Telangana to monitor maintenance activities on the shop floor and ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 requirements.

You will verify data, tools, and parts usage, and support corrective actions while promoting quality discipline and alignment with SAE network processes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of aviation environment experience.
• Experience in Aircraft Engine MRO, Airframe MRO, or Component Repair.
• Basic understanding of EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in shop floor quality monitoring.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform On-Job Monitoring (OJM) of maintenance activities on the shop floor.
• Verify compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and approved maintenance data.
• Monitor maintenance processes include disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and release activities.
• Conduct compliance checks across Operations, Warehouse/Stores, Engineering, and Support functions.
• Verify proper use of approved tools, calibrated equipment, and certified aircraft parts.
• Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote strong Quality Culture and operational discipline within the organisation.
• Should be able to adopt the process as followed in the SAE network
