Job summary

Safran On-Job Monitoring (OJM) – Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for performing OJM of maintenance activities on the shop floor and ensuring compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and approved maintenance data.

Role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication with operations teams, and the ability to drive corrective and preventive actions; you will promote a culture of quality and participate in audits to strengthen controls across

• 2–5 years of experience in aviation environment.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in shop floor quality monitoring.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform On-Job Monitoring (OJM) of maintenance on the shop floor.
• Verify compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 regulations and MOE procedures.
• Monitor maintenance processes including disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing and release.
• Conduct compliance checks across Operations, Warehouse/Stores, Engineering and Support functions.
• Verify proper use of approved tools, calibrated equipment, and certified aircraft parts.
• Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote strong Quality Culture and operational discipline.
• Adopt SAE network processes.

• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with the operations teams
