Job summary

Clarivate Analytics in Noida seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Technology team. You will design and execute automation and manual test plans for IPMS applications, collaborating with developers, architects and product managers to ensure clear acceptance criteria and robust quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field and at least 2 years of QA experience with familiarity in Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, REST, SOAP UI, Jira and GitHub, plus cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of total experience providing quality assurance to a software development team for a commercial product.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks & assisting/reviewing script creation.
• Familiarity with tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Rest & SoapUI.
• Familiarity with Agile & Kanban development approaches.
• Familiarity of working with test and defect management tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in GitHub.
• Experience with AWS or any Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Collaborate with development engineers, architects & product managers to understand product workflows, requirements & acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain accounts for quality assurance and software development.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements, share feedback, and resolve issues quickly.

Hours of Work This is a full-time opportunity with Clarivate, 9 hours per day including lunch break.
