Job summary

Arcana is seeking a passionate Manual QA Engineer to drive quality and performance of our software products. You will design and execute manual test plans for web applications, focusing on functional, regression, and system testing across platforms.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure user requirements are met, document test results, and contribute to QA process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of manual testing experience, with SQL knowledge and bug-tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of manual testing experience for web-based applications.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise test cases and plans.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Linear.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: experience testing financial or analytics software.
