Job summary

InCred Financial Services is seeking a motivated QA Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our agile team. You will contribute to test automation, development collaboration, and quality across mobile, web, and API applications, leveraging Claude to drive AI-assisted testing practices.

You will build automated regression suites, participate in CI/CD pipelines, and play a key role in agentic QA, AI testing, and end-to-end quality assurance across the stack.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Hands-on with Selenium, TestNG, Postman API Automation, and Appium.
• API automation is a must-have.
• Proficiency in testing mobile, web, and API applications.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.
• Hands-on experience using Claude for test generation, edge cases, and QA documentation.
• Ability to build self-healing test scripts using Claude API.
• Prompt-engineering to extract test cases and risk areas from requirements.
• Experience integrating Claude into test pipelines for defect classification, log analysis, and test reporting.
• Git, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions), Linear / Jira, Java or Python for automation scripting.
• Postman, RestAssured for API testing. Basic awareness of performance testing concepts.

A key part of this role involves leveraging Claude (Anthropic) to drive AI-assisted and agentic testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Core QA: Develop and execute test scenarios, conduct thorough mobile, web and API testing, generate test reports, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to achieve zero defects in production.
• Automation: Build and maintain automated regression suites using Selenium, TestNG, Postman, and Appium. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to parallel automation alongside development teams.
• Agentic QA & AI Testing: Use Claude to autonomously generate test cases, auto-create scenarios from acceptance criteria, build self-healing test scripts, and drive visual regression and defect triage workflows. Contribute to the team's AI testing roadmap.

• Experience integrating Claude into test pipelines for defect classification, log analysis, and test reporting.
