Position: QA Analyst

Type: Part-time contract

Compensation: $5–$10/hour

Location: Remote (India)

Commitment: Part-time

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct technical QA of recorded interviews by reviewing sessions end-to-end
• Flag and annotate issues such as premature terminations, audio/video glitches, and quality defects
• Investigate potential fraud by reviewing candidate profiles flagged by internal systems
• Cross-reference education, employment, and credentials using sources such as LinkedIn
• Detect cheating and external assistance, including paraphrased AI-generated responses or off-camera prompting
• Analyze eye movement, timing irregularities, and response patterns for signs of inauthentic answers
• Maintain and evolve a reference library of cheating patterns and decision criteria

Requirements

• Exceptional English comprehension and concise written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and judgment to distinguish genuine understanding from memorized or superficial responses
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and assessing professional credentials
• Ability to evaluate jargon-heavy responses and assess authentic subject‑matter knowledge
