Position: QA Analyst

Type: Part-time Position

Compensation: $5–$10/hour

Location: Remote

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct technical quality assurance on recorded interview videos by watching them end-to-end and flagging issues such as premature terminations, audio/video glitches, etc.
• Investigate potential fraud by reviewing candidate profiles flagged by fraud detection systems and verifying claims like education, awards, and employment via online platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Detect cheating by identifying subtle indications of external assistance, including paraphrased AI‑generated answers and off-camera prompts; analyze eye movement, timing anomalies, and AI-likeness of responses.
• Maintain and update a library of cheating patterns and decision criteria to improve detection accuracy.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Exceptional English comprehension and concise written communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar platforms for assessing professional credentials.
• Strong critical thinking to distinguish genuine understanding from superficial or memorized responses.
• Ability to identify jargon-heavy answers and assess authentic candidate knowledge.
