Job summary

Qatar Airways in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced QA Leader to steer end-to-end testing across multiple SCRUM teams, ensuring high quality software deliveries for web, mobile, and legacy systems.

You will define quality standards, drive automation strategy, build and mentor a high-performing QA team with airline-domain knowledge, and collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure robust, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ISTQB or any certification in Testing.
• 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing distributed testing teams.
• Proven experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Katalon), performance testing (JMeter), and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based testing.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience with global airlines or aviation IT vendors.
