This role is for those enthusiastic about engineering solutions and technologies, with opportunities to create proofs-of-concept, participate in pre-sales, consult clients, and conduct audits of existing solutions to evaluate their effectiveness and determine improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Design large-scale solutions with deep technical details
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify project requirements
  • Design TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, modular, and follow good industry practices (SOLID, design patterns, etc.) so project or program teams can implement them
  • Create and maintain TA frameworks, TA solutions, or other shared formats usable by all projects and programs across the company
  • Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach
  • Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, workflows, and configurations
  • Evaluate and select the best test automation tools for different purposes
  • Oversee the definition, selection, and extension of test automation architecture frameworks
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release cycle times for manual, automated, and performance testing
  • Oversee manual and automated testing efforts to validate functional, integration, regression, and performance aspects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, tools, and techniques to accelerate digital transformation
  • Perform architecture reviews and audits
  • Establish project necessities and goals to reach a "go-live" solution
  • Engage in hands-on pre-sale activities including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and demos
  • Communicate directly with customers during solution architecture design or implementation activities
Requirements
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in IT
  • Knowledge of GenAI tools, testing AI/ML based systems, using LLMs, MCPs, RAG, and evaluating Agents through DeepEval/Ragas
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Java, C#, .NET, or Python
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript
