Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead end-to-end test strategy across the domain, embedding quality early in the software development lifecycle with shift-left practices and AI-enhanced testing. This senior engineering leadership role acts as the technical authority on test automation, quality engineering, and test strategy across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will define standards for test automation frameworks, manage data strategies, and align testing with CI/CD

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on experience in enterprise-scale test automation and quality engineering.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Playwright for API and UI testing.
• Experience applying AI and generative AI in testing workflows.
• Ability to define and manage quality gates, metrics, and KPIs in agile/DevOps.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the domain-wide test strategy for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Embed shift-left quality practices into design and development phases.
• Lead AI-assisted test generation, coverage analysis, and intelligent test prioritization.
• Establish standards for test automation frameworks, tooling, and data strategy.
• Maintain quality gates, coverage targets, and measurable KPIs; report quality status.
• Coach engineers and test specialists; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate with architecture, delivery, and product teams to align with CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously adapt the test strategy to new tech and best practices.
