Job summary

Bradsol in Hyderabad, India seeks a Software Test Engineer to perform end-to-end manual and automation testing for conversational AI and enterprise applications, validating Kore.ai XO platform workflows and API interactions.

You will design test plans, create reusable automation scripts, participate in sprints, and collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure quality deliverables.

Strong skills in Selenium, TestNG, REST/JSON testing, and a solid understanding of SDLC/Agile are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with the Kore.ai XO Platform.
• Good understanding of API validation and integration testing.
• Strong experience in Integration Testing and API validation.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, JSON, and web services testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing for conversational AI and enterprise applications.
• Validate chatbot, voice bot, and RTA workflows developed on the Kore.ai XO platform.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Conduct API and integration testing across multiple systems and platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Perform regression, functional, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.
• Validate voice interactions, NLP responses, and conversational flows.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release sign-off documentation.
