Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a SDET / Automation QA Engineer to own quality for assigned product areas and help ensure reliable, high-quality releases. This role combines UI automation, AI/conversational testing, API testing, and enterprise integration testing.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to test complex workflows, identify edge cases, and build scalable automation and testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall quality for assigned projects, with a strong focus onconversational flows, agentic task execution, and resolution accuracy.
• Build and maintain robustUI automation using Playwright and TypeScript— hands-on experience is a must.

• Ownend-to-end UI automationand continuously expand automated test coverage into CI/CD to enable predictable, high-quality releases.

• Perform adversarial and AI testing, including:
  Prompt injection
  Off-topic and out-of-scope queries
  Ambiguous inputs
  PII and sensitive-data leakage

• Design and execute integration testing across multiple third-party enterprise systems such asWorkday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and other HRIS/ITSM platforms.

• Validate end-to-end business processes, integrations, and enterprise edge cases across interconnected systems.

• Build and strengthen API testing practicesusing tools such asPostman and Rest Assured.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementationteams to translate complex business workflows into comprehensive, product-minded test strategies.

• Identify quality risks early and drive improvements in test coverage, automation, and release confidence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experiencein QA, Test Engineering, or SDET roles.
• Prior hands-on experience testingchatbots, voice assistants, copilots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI/adversarial testing, including prompt injection, ambiguous inputs, off-topic queries, and PII/sensitive-data leakage.
• Strong hands-on experience withPlaywright and TypeScriptfor UI automation.
• Deep experience inend-to-end integration testingacross interconnected enterprise systems.
• Experience testing platforms such asWorkday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, HRIS, or ITSM systemsis highly valuable.
• Solid API testing experience using Postman and/or Rest Assured.
