Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve formal Quality processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
• Engage in discussions with cross‑functional teams in coming up with better quality solutions at an organisational level
• Create and maintain Quality documentation
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) as per product requirements
• Log, track and close defects and bugs throughout the software development process
• Define and analyze metrics, KPIs to efficiently track and improve progress
