Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a Process Associate - TMS in Chennai to join our growing GIC Process team. You will conduct AML investigations, analyze blockchain activity, and help ensure regulatory compliance across payment-related transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.
• 1+ years AML investigations experience (crypto/fintech preferred).
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto typologies.
• Experience with SAR writing and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic).
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle complex cases independently.
