Qualifications

• Develop drivers for various hardware peripherals, including adaptation of existing drivers for embedded platforms.
• Engage in BSP development such as board bring‑up, enhancement of existing software and performance tuning.
• Design new driver architectures to support future hardware peripheral advancements.
• Ensure software meets our quality standards.
• Seek opportunities to develop software under specialized safety standards such as ISO26262 or IEC61508.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in embedded system programming.
• Experience in software development using V‑Model driven frameworks such as CMMI, ASPICE.
• In‑depth knowledge of C, C++, and/or Rust.
• Hands‑on experience with embedded operating systems such as QNX, Linux, GreenHills, VXworks.
• Prior driver development experience (bootloader, serial driver, network stacks, storage, or complex buses such as PCIe, USB).
• Experience writing software for major processor architectures (ARM, x86, PPC, etc.).
• Familiarity with functional safety standards and processes (ISO26262, IEC61508).
• Hands‑on experience with process frameworks such as V‑Model, CMMI, or ASPICE.
• Software architecture skills with standardized modeling languages (SysML, UML) is a strong plus.
