Qualifications

• Proficiency in documenting procedures, forms, records, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with aerospace OEM customer requirements and quality-related standards.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS per AS 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and assist with external certification and customer audits.
• Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of CAPA actions.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and support management review meetings.
• Manage document control and ensure current revisions are in use.
• Conduct QMS training and raise employee awareness on quality requirements.

Role & responsibilities

The Assistant MR / QMS Engineer is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS 9001,ISO 14001, ISO45001 requirements. The role ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards while coordinating internal audits, documentation control, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Assist in maintaining and improving the AS 9001,ISO 14001, ISO45001 Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with AS 9001,ISO 14001, ISO45001requirements and company quality procedures.
• Prepare, review, update, and control QMS documents, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and support external certification and customer audits.
• Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare monthly quality reports.
• Support Management Review Meetings by collecting data, preparing reports, and recording meeting minutes.
• Coordinate document control activities, ensuring only current revisions are in use.
• Conduct employee awareness and QMS training programs.
• Assist departments in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with customer‑specific, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Internal Auditor certificate is advantageable.
• Familiarity with customer requirements from aerospace OEMs.
• Familiarity with 8D, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and RCCA is preferred.
