Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management is seeking a skilled Testing Laboratory professional in Bhopal to ensure safety systems compliance and perform quality testing across multiple parameters. The role involves teaching testing procedures, interpreting SOPs and customer standards, and generating accurate COAs for clients.

You will lead testing activities, monitor equipment calibration, and perform incoming material and finished goods checks, ensuring basic GMP practices in the lab are upheld.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plant safety systems and GMP standards.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and external standards (ASTM/ISO/JIS/EDANA).
• Capable of leading testing and teaching others sample testing procedures.
• Perform GSM, thickness, tensile, elongation, air permeability, liquid strike through, rewet tests as per standard methods.
• Create accurate COA and provide test data for customers.
• Execute incoming material tests and FG material checks with product knowledge.
• Maintain basic GMP in the lab and calibrate equipment timely.
• Read/review test methods and suggest document revisions when needed.

Role & responsibilities

• Must have complete knowledge about plant safety system.
• Consistently use PPE and follow plant GMP standard.
• Know about plant hazard management systems.
• Thorough knowledge about plant emergency response systems
• Can lead and perform all the testing and as per customer requirement and as per defined standard test methods. Can teach others about the sample testing procedure.
• Must be able to perform GSM, thickness, tensile, elongation, Air permeability, Liquid strike through, Rewet and other testing as per standard test methods required for our products.
• Can read and understand all the SOP, test methods and respective external origin documents such as Customer standards and ASTM/ISO/JIS/EDANA standards related to our products.
• Provide accurate test data and create COA for customers.
• Can perform incoming material tests and FG material checks. Mastery on our product and customer information.
• Can read and understand the test methods, can review test methods, and suggest necessary changes during the revision of the document. Laboratory problem analysis skill and trouble shooting. Maintain the Basic GMP in the lab.
• Timely maintenance and Calibration of all lab equipment.
• Basic trouble shooting of lab equipment and effectively communicate for any major problem in lab equipment.
