Job summary

jaivel is seeking a QMS Auditor to manage QMS activities, conduct audits, ensure compliance, and drive continual improvement. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100 and a strong focus on quality and operational excellence.

The role requires delivering audits on time, maintaining an audit-ready QMS, and supporting various audits (internal, external, customer, certification, and supplier).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100 standards.
• 2+ years of QMS/audit experience.
• Understanding of audits, CAPA, RCA, and risk management.
• Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit and compliance activities on time.
• Maintain an audit-ready Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and support external, customer, certification, and supplier audits.
• Ensure compliance with QMS standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Drive CAPA closure and non-conformance resolution.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain QMS documentation, records, and audit reports.
• Support risk management and continual improvement initiatives.
• Promote Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices.
• Ensure effective document control and record management.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs and audit metrics.
