Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced BI lead to design, develop, and optimize Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud applications. You will build data models, scripting, and dashboards while ensuring scalable, high‑performing BI solutions.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to migration projects toward Power BI and AI-powered analytics. A strong background in SQL/Snowflake is required.

Job description

• Lead the design, development, and support of Qlik Sense Enterprise/Qlik Cloud applications

Requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense Enterprise/Qlik Cloud
• Strong expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling, Set Analysis, Section Access, and performance tuning
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Experience leading teams and working with business stakeholders
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX preferred
• Experience in Qlik to Power BI migration projects preferred
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, Microsoft Copilot, or Conversational BI preferred
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
