Job summary

EXL is seeking a skilled BI Qlik Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise BI solutions in Pune. The role emphasizes Qlik Sense and NPrinting, with advanced SQL skills and exposure to AI-driven analytics.

The ideal candidate will contribute across end-to-end BI projects, gather requirements, build data models, and ensure data accuracy while adopting agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BI implementation projects and exposure to modern analytics and AI driven capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Strong expertise in the Qlik ecosystem, including Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense.
• Develop and manage reporting and dashboarding solutions using Qlik NPrinting.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting requirements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end BI implementation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics capabilities within reporting and decision-making processes.
• Ensure adherence to BI development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
