Job summary

Zorba AI Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Qlik Developer to design and maintain BI analytics solutions. You will work on QlikView/Qlik Sense dashboards, implement data models and scripts, and optimize data loads from SQL Server, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and files.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable analytics and collaborate with data engineers and analysts. The role emphasizes performance tuning, data accuracy, and production support, with opportunities to contribute to BI governance

Qualifications

• We are looking for hands-on Qlik Developers with strong experience in QlikView and/or Qlik Sense.
• Proficiency in Qlik scripting, data modeling, and QVD-based architectures, plus SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QlikView/Qlik Sense dashboards and analytics apps.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Qlik load scripts, data models, and QVD layers.
• Integrate data from SQL Server, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, flat files, and APIs.
• Create interactive dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations; ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Perform tuning of load scripts, data models, and reload processes.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Assist deployment, migrations, and version upgrades; maintain technical docs.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Qlik Developers with hands-on experience in QlikView and/or Qlik Sense to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling, dashboard development, ETL processes, QVD layers, and SQL, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QlikView/Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and analytics applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Qlik load scripts, data models, and QVD layers.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources including SQL Server, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, flat files, and other data sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, reports, visualizations, and analytical applications.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Qlik applications, load scripts, data models, and reload processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, reporting, dashboard, and application-related issues.
• Support deployment, migration, version upgrades, and enhancement activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, availability, and optimal application performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, data mapping documents, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business users, data engineers, analysts, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Follow BI development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense.
• Proficiency in Qlik scripting and load script development.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and QVD architecture.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience in ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
• Experience working with multiple data sources such as:
  • SQL Server
  • Oracle
  • SAP
  • Salesforce
  • Flat files / CSV / Excel
  • APIs or other enterprise data sources
• Experience in dashboard, report, and visualization development.
• Knowledge of Qlik application performance tuning and reload optimization.
• Understanding of BI development lifecycle, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both QlikView and Qlik Sense.
• Experience with Qlik Sense SaaS / Qlik Cloud.
• Knowledge of NPrinting or other reporting tools.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and BI architecture.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with Qlik migration or modernization projects.
