Job summary

MJ GLOBAL PVT LTD is seeking a Manager QC for its Noida location. The role involves leading quality control in packaging, overseeing corrugation processes, and implementing shop floor 5S/Kaizen to boost efficiency and product quality.

The candidate should have 10+ years in packaging QC, hands-on experience with cartons and related materials, and a track record of CAPA and supplier quality system development.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years experience in quality control in packaging
• Hands-on corrugation of cartons, mono cartons, liners, E-flute cartons, rigid boxes, paper cups
• Monitoring shop floor activities thru daily work management; 5S and Kaizen
• Quality improvement based on manufacturing and customer feedback; analyze rejection and manage Cost of Quality & Cost of Poor Quality
• Prepare SOPs & work instructions for processes and machines

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection of packaging, printing & raw materials from suppliers
• Issue QA documents and implement effective CAPA
• Establish supplier quality system for outgoing, incoming & process quality
• Conduct internal, product & process, vendor audits & training
• Evaluate supplier performance via vendor rating to improve quality

Manager QC
Location - Noida

• Must be Post Graduate / Graduate with min 10 years of experience in handling Quality control in Packaging Industry


• Hands on experience in corrugation of all types of Cartons, Mono Carton, Liner & E-flute carton, rigid boxes, paper cups


• Monitoring shop floor activities thru daily work management. Implementation and monitoring of 5S, Kaizen activities.


• Quality improvement based on manufacturing, customer feedback. Analysing manufacturing rejection, manage Cost of Quality & Cost of Poor Quality


• Make concept of assembly operation for new development product data.


• Responsible for incoming inspection of packaging, printing & raw materials from suppliers. Preparing SOP & work instruction for various processes and machines operation.


• Issuance of QA related documents and implementation of effective CAPA by attacking on root cause to reduce customer complaints.


• Responsible to establish Supplier Quality System i.e. Out Going, Incoming & Process Quality.


• Responsible to conduct internal audit, product and process audit, vendor audit & training.


• Evaluation of suppliers performance through Vendor rating and increasing productivity and quality


• Candidate from Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to the areas nearby manufacturing Units ( i.e Noida/ Ghaziabad / Greater Noida )
