Job summary

Caldic APAC is seeking a QC-QA Intern to support QA and regulatory documentation. The role is onsite at Taloja, Navi Mumbai, with responsibilities spanning validation records, document control, SOPs, and cross-functional coordination.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–1 year of experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail. The position offers exposure to global quality systems in a manufacturing environment and opportunities to learn regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 0–1 year experience preferred.
• Strong interest in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, compiling and organizing QA and Regulatory documentation.
• Maintain validation, qualification, and compliance records to support QMS.
• Support document control activities including filing, versioning and archiving of quality documents.
• Assist in commissioning and validation documentation for new equipment, processes and manufacturing systems.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to quality and regulatory activities.
• Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, reports and other quality documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information for quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of Quality Assurance and Regulatory documentation
• .Maintain validation, qualification, and compliance records to support quality management systems.
• Support document control activities, including filing, version management, and archival of quality documents.
• Assist in commissioning and validation documentation for new equipment, processes, and manufacturing systems.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to quality and regulatory activities.
• Support the preparation and review of SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality documents.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize information required for quality and compliance purposes.
• Assist with routine QA and regulatory administrative activities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or recently graduated) in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 0-1 year experience
• Strong interest in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and quality management systems.Good documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing and compliance-driven environment.
