Caldic is seeking a QA/Regulatory Assistant in Mumbai to support documentation creation, review, and filing for quality systems. You will help maintain records for validation, qualification, and compliance, and assist with SOPs, protocols, and regulatory reports.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure adherence to internal procedures and applicable standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or recently graduated in Life Sciences or related fields.
• 0-1 year experience in QA/Regulatory or related area.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a manufacturing/compliance environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparation, compilation, and organization of Quality Assurance and Regulatory documentation.

• Assist in commissioning and validation documentation for new equipment, processes, and manufacturing systems.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to quality and regulatory activities.
• Support the preparation and review of SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize information required for quality and compliance purposes.
• Assist with routine QA and regulatory administrative activities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or recently graduated) in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 0-1 year experience
• Strong interest in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and quality management systems.Good documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing and compliance-driven environment.
