Job summary

Ipca in Wardha, Maharashtra is seeking a QC laboratory professional to supervise instrument operations, provide training on safety and processes, and oversee the release of analyses in a controlled quality environment.

The candidate will ensure cGMP/GLP compliance, manage qualification activities for QC instruments, and coordinate with quality personnel to implement procedures and SOPs for sampling and release of materials and finished products in the QC lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide training regarding instrument and equipment operation and safety measures regarding hazardous chemicals and process.
• Responsible for online review and release of analysis in quality control laboratory.
• Supervising technicians and other staff members and providing guidance.
• to perform all qualification activities of instrument and equipment in QC Lab.
• To ensure the availability of glassware, reagents, chemicals and other consumable in the QC lab.
• to ensure all cGMP, GLP, and safety activities in the QC
• Issuance, review checked and submission of document
• Developing quality control processes.
• Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standard of operation.
• to ensure the sampling, testing and release of RM, PM, In-process, intermediate and finished product in quality control department
