Job summary

Khazana Jewellery is seeking a female Executive in the QC team at the Corporate Office to perform quality checks and ensure accurate tagging and data capture for jewellery at the distribution stage.

The role involves verifying weights, tags, and documentation before stock is released for showroom dispatch, with freshers welcome and Telugu fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Check jewellery for defects and finishing issues before dispatch.
• Ensure products meet distribution-stage quality standards before showroom dispatch.
• Verify tagging and product information aligns with company standards.
• Hold or reject products with incorrect tags or quality deviations and report for corrections.
• Cross-check physical weights against system records and tag details.
• Identify discrepancies in gross, net, stone, or other product parameters.

Job Summary

Quality Check (QC) is responsible for conducting detailed quality and documentation checks on gold jewellery at the distribution stage before dispatch to showrooms. The role ensures that products are correctly tagged, product and weight details are accurately captured and all applicable quality, tagging, and documentation requirements are met before stock is released for showroom dispatch.

Product & Tagging Quality Assurance

• Check jewellery for visible defects, finishing issues, missing components, or damage before dispatch, wherever applicable to the final QC process.
• Ensure products meet the required distribution-stage quality standards before being sent to showrooms.
• Verify that tagging and product information complies with company-defined standards and processes.
• Hold / Reject and report products with incorrect tags, mismatched information, or quality deviations for necessary correction.

Weight & Data Accuracy

• Cross-check the physical jewellery weight against the weight captured in the system and mentioned on the tag.
• Identify discrepancies in gross weight, net weight, stone weight, less weight, or other product parameters.
• Verify that applicable value addition and stone-related charges are correctly reflected as per defined guidelines.
