Job summary

The Search House is seeking a Quality Control specialist in Maharashtra to lead QC testing across raw materials, in-process and finished products. The role includes batch approval, calibration of lab instruments, and maintaining COAs and ISO records.

The candidate should have 13+ years of QC experience in cleaning chemicals, detergents, or FMCG and be willing to relocate to Palghar if needed. Candidates should possess strong wet chemistry and titration skills, with a track record of coordinating

Qualifications

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry with 13+ years of QC experience in cleaning chemicals, detergents, home care or FMCG.
• Knowledge of wet chemistry, titrations and QC testing procedures.
• Experience in maintaining QC records, COAs and ISO documentation.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials, in-process and finished products (pH, viscosity, specific gravity, active matter, alkalinity/acidity).
• Approve or reject batches as per specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments.
• Coordinate with Production on batch corrections and quality issues.

• Test raw materials, in-process and finished products (pH, viscosity, specific gravity, active matter, alkalinity/acidity)
• Approve or reject batches as per specifications
• Maintain QC records, COAs and ISO documentation
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments
• Coordinate with Production on batch corrections and quality issues.

Desired Profile:
