Job summary

Quality Hr Services is seeking a QC Chemist for its Vatva, Ahmedabad location. The candidate will perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products, using GC, HPLC and UV-Vis instruments. A master’s degree in chemistry with 4–5 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include preparing COAs, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMP/GLP standards. Candidate should be comfortable working on-site in a chemical industry setting.

Qualifications

• M.Sc in Chemistry is required.
• 4–5 years of quality control laboratory experience in chemicals.
• Proficient with SOPs, GLP and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
• Conduct chemical analyses using laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure products meet defined quality specs and document results.
• Prepare test reports, COA and quality records.
• Operate pH meters, GC, HPLC and UV spectrophotometers.
• Monitor in-process quality and report deviations or non-conformities.
• Maintain lab chemicals and testing standards.
• Follow SOP, GMP, GLP and safety procedures.
• Support CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
