Job summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands‑on Chemist to support quality control inspection and small‑scale sample preparation for customer evaluations. The candidate will assist in routine laboratory testing, detergent formulation preparation, and basic chemical handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control (QC) Inspection
• Perform routine QC testing for detergent and cleaning chemical products
• Prepare QC reports and maintain testing records
• Ensure products meet internal specifications and customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory equipment and workspace

Sample Preparation & Laboratory Support

• Prepare small‑scale detergent and cleaning chemical samples for customer evaluation
• Assist in weighing, mixing, dilution, and blending of chemical formulations
• Assist R&D team in formulation trials and experimental work
• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory and consumables
• Safety
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling protocols
• Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of detergents, surfactants, or chemical formulations is an advantage
• Familiar with laboratory testing methods and chemical handling
• Able to work independently, good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in detergent, cleaning chemicals, or semiconductor chemical industry
• Understanding of surfactants and cleaning performance evaluation
• Familiarity with ultrasonic cleaning or wafer cleaning applications is an added advantage
• Experience in ISO9001:2015
