Job summary

You will review raw materials, core assembly, winding, insulation, perform routine tests, maintain test reports, and verify IEC/IS standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Fresher candidate with basic electrical knowledge to inspect CT/PT components.
• Familiarity with insulation testing and electrical test processes.
• Understanding of IEC 61869 and IS standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and electrical components used in CT/PT manufacturing.
• Check core assembly, winding, insulation and manufacturing workmanship.
• Perform routine tests on CT/PT transformers as per company procedures.
• Assist in insulation resistance (IR), winding resistance, polarity and ratio tests.
• Verify accuracy class and other electrical test results.
• Prepare inspection reports, test reports and quality documentation.
• Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective action.
• Ensure products comply with applicable IEC/IS standards and approved drawings.
• Support final inspection before product dispatch.
