Job summary

Aqilea is recruiting a QA Engineer in Bengaluru for a hybrid role located in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of QA/testing experience, with strong emphasis on test data design, provisioning, and automation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and enable robust end-to-end testing. The position offers hybrid work arrangements and an opportunity to contribute to data-driven testing improvements across multiple applications and environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain test data required for various testing activities.
• Coordinate test data preparation across multiple applications, environments, and teams.
• Ensure test data availability for planned test cycles and initiatives.
• Support E2E testing by creating complex cross-system test scenarios and datasets.
• Troubleshoot test failures caused by missing, incorrect, or inconsistent test data.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand data dependencies.
• Automate test data generation, provisioning, and validation wherever possible.
• Monitor test environments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Track and report test data readiness, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in test data management practices and tooling.
