Job summary

SE Mentor Solutions is seeking a Senior QA Analyst in Bengaluru with 5+ years of experience to lead comprehensive testing, validate data via SQL/PLSQL, and manage defects using JIRA. You will ensure release readiness and drive quality improvements across ETL and database testing within an Agile framework.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to leverage AI Copilot tools to enhance testing efficiency and insights.

Job Title: Senior QA Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring application quality through comprehensive testing, defect management, stakeholder communication, database validation, and enabling reliable and timely releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases (functional, regression, and integration)
• Validate data using SQL/PLSQL queries
• Track and manage defects using JIRA
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and blockers
• Prepare test summary and release readiness reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Ensure QA sign-off by validating release readiness and continuously improving testing efficiency and quality
• Utilize Copilot/AI tools to enhance test design, analysis, and reporting efficiency

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of STLC/SDLC
• Experience in manual testing and defect tracking
• Good understanding of SQL and PLSQL for data validation
• Familiarity with AI/Copilot tools for productivity and quality improvement
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
