Job summary

InstaAstro is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to validate web and mobile applications. You will identify defects, ensure performance, and work closely with developers to maintain quality across releases.

Proficiency in manual testing, basic automation with Python and Pytest, API testing, and tools like Appium, Git and Jira is expected. A B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA or equivalent is required and a strong eye for detail will help ensure smooth user experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on software testing or QA experience.
• Knowledge of manual testing practices, SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to test mobile and web applications to identify bugs and issues.
• Familiarity with automation testing using Python, Pytest, and relevant frameworks.
• Understanding of API testing, Appium, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience using Git for version control and Jira for bug reporting and tracking.
