Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a QA Engineer to validate a gateway across applications and agents, focusing on performance, reliability, and recovery under high load. The role requires designing test cases for APIs, agent integrations, authentication, routing, and error handling, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure production readiness.

You will identify defects, document findings, and participate in pre-production go-live

Qualifications

• Experience in API, integration, performance, and system testing.
• Hands-on load/stress and failover testing experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, load, stress, and failover testing of the gateway across all four applications and their agents.
• Validate gateway performance, reliability, scalability, and recovery under high-load and failure scenarios.
• Design and execute test cases for APIs, agent integrations, authentication, routing, and error handling.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Conduct pre-production and go-live validation to ensure the shared gateway does not create a single point of failure.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve issues and ensure production readiness.

• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
  
• Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting skills.
