Job summary

• Turn bugs into clear, reproducible reports with logs or call recordings attached.

Our product places live phone calls and drives real conversations with LLMs in the loop — that means test coverage has to go beyond UI clicks and API status codes into actual call flows, agent behavior, and multi-tenant edge cases.

What you’ll do

• Design and execute test plans across the FastAPI backend, the admin console, and the public website
• Test voice and chat agent flows directly — call handling, escalation, tool use, and conversation edge cases, not just backend responses
• Verify telephony integrations (Twilio/Plivo call flows, webhooks, recordings) and catch regressions before they hit production traffic
• Own regression testing across releases spanning multiple repos (backend, admin panel, website) and flag cross-repo breakage early
• Turn bugs into clear, reproducible reports with the request/response, logs, or call recording attached

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in a QA/test engineering role covering both manual and automated testing
• Comfortable reading API docs and writing basic SQL to verify data directly against a database
• Methodical about edge cases — multi-tenant data isolation, permission boundaries, and race conditions are the bugs that matter here
• Clear written communication — bug reports and test plans other engineers can act on without back-and-forth

Nice to have

• Experience testing voice/telephony systems or conversational AI products
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-based environments and reading logs/metrics to diagnose a failure
• Prior experience testing multi-tenant SaaS platforms (roles, permissions, billing)
