Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Supervisor in MP, India to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of transmission lines for a solar project. The role requires ensuring electrical code compliance, site inspections, and coordination with project managers and contractors.

The successful candidate will monitor budgets and schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to the team. A related engineering degree and 2+ years of solar experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
