Job summary

MMK in Jamnagar, Gujarat, seeks a Mechanical Piping QA/QC expert for a 6 months extendable contract. The candidate should have 5+ years of Oil & Gas QA/QC experience and hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical engineering. Role includes piping system inspection, welding oversight, and documentation compliance.

The incumbent will prepare quality plans, manage NCRs, coordinate NDT, and witness hydrotests, ensuring compliance with ASME/API/ISO standards from receipt to handover.

Mechanical Piping QA/QC roles in Oil & Gas ensure piping systems meet safety, quality, and code standards through inspections, documentation, and testing, covering material verification, welding oversight (WPS/PQR/Welder quals), NDT coordination, hydrotesting witness, ITP execution, and rigorous compliance with ASME/API/ISO standards, from material receipt to final handover. Responsibilities involve preparing quality plans, managing NCRs, performing audits, and maintaining traceability.
