Job summary

Amantra is seeking an experienced QA engineer focused on manual software testing to join its growing team in India. You will analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute tests across web, mobile, and desktop platforms to ensure quality.

Collaborate with developers, log defects in JIRA, perform regression and smoke testing, and contribute to improving testing practices. A strong background in SDLC and Agile/Scrum is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Zephyr etc.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with good communication skills
