Job summary

Transformation Forge in India seeks an experienced QA Manager / Lab In-Charge with hands-on expertise in grouting, ground improvement and geotechnical construction works to lead quality control and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will oversee QC processes on D-Wall and Cut-Off Wall projects, ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards, and mentor field staff in QA/QC methods.

Strong leadership, communication skills and a proven track record in civil engineering

Qualifications

• Need civil engineering background with QA/QC and lab operations.
• Hands-on experience in grouting and ground improvement.
• Knowledge of D-Wall and Cut-Off Wall construction preferred.
