Job summary

NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a QA Manager to independently drive end-to-end quality assurance for complex IT initiatives, including AI/ML projects. Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with at least 5+ years in QA leadership roles.
• Experience managing QA for complex enterprise programs.
• Delivered at least one AI/ML-based solution project.
• Strong experience in automation testing (framework design & implementation).
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Mentor and lead QA teams including manual and automation testers.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within QA practices.

We are currently seeking a QA Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to independently drive and manage quality assurance programs for complex IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, hands-on technical depth, and proven experience in delivering at least one AI-based solution.

This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution across multiple programs

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• API testing tools: Postman, Rest Assured
• Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner (preferred)
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab
• Understanding of AI/ML testing concepts (data validation, model accuracy, bias detection)
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
• Knowledge of security and compliance testing basics

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder and executive management capability
• Ability to independently drive programs with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications
