Job summary

VGreenTek in Trivandrum, Kerala, is seeking a QA Lead for a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 4 years leading distributed QA teams, and will own strategy and quality gates for contract-governed deliveries.

You will design hands-on automation frameworks (UI with Selenium/Playwright and API testing), oversee defect governance and release sign-off, mentor QA engineers across teams, and operate in regulated or high-assurance domains.
